You learn more about your team over lunch than you do in a month. Get around a table. Pass the salt and get into a conversation.

For me, its via realizing a root cause of such breakdowns and lead via example, demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills yourself. We shall encourage learning from failures, and continuous improvement and foster a culture of open communication.

1. Make a good bond for your team; incorporate team-building activities to help them get to know each other better, creating stronger interpersonal bonds and enhancing communication. 2. Call for a team meeting anywhere outside the office and start open communication and consider communication . principles such as active listening, etc. 3. Set clear goals and objectives for the tasks needed and make sure to be SMART. 4. Set roles and responsibilities for each team member and make sure to make it SMART. and show them how chain links must be communicated and connected to reach our objectives 5. Introduce a structured problem-solving framework like Design Thinking or Six Thinking Hats to guide the team through creative processes.
