Desde mi experiencia considerar los aspectos emocionales del cambio es importante, debemos entender que el cambio puede generar incertidumbre y temor en los miembros del equipo por ello la empatía es crucial para mitigar estos temores y comprender las emociones que el cambio puede provocar.

Winning teams confidence is utmost important to take them on board. If there is resistance for acceptance of Quality matrices,a good leader should first discuss with the team to understand their view point on those matrices & reason for the resistance. Next he / she needs to explain them importance of those matrices & how are they importantly connected with company's goals & long term growth. Next is to reinforce the confidence that together as a team how they are capable of taking & meeting these challenges.
