I completely get why #LinkedIn is adjusting the #TopVoice stuff.. listen up, you're only job is to take as much noise out of the equation as humanly possible to allow your team to meet these tough deadlines. What does that mean? It means if there is admin requirements that your people normally do - you bring that up to your level - letting them focus on the project at hand. If there are technical aspects of a project that need interdepartmental support - you coordinate that and do the legwork - your whole life should be centered around trying to get close to 100% for your people to be focused solely on the project. And finally - for the love of all that is management: MAKE DECISIONS. #OnlyRealAnswers
