Cuando me he enfrentado a esta situación, lo primero que he hecho es reunir al equipo de trabajo y ver como se sienten, durante la reunión les pido ideas para mejorar la situación y en base a esto hago un plan de acción con metas a corto plazo para aumentar la motivación al conseguirlas y que ellos puedan ver que son parte fundamental del éxito del equipo de trabajo.

One of the most important and effective ways to motivate the team is how to give a positive feedback and reward the team, whatever the issues and obstacles you are facing whether with the top management or other stakeholders. On the other hand, don’t just only say "good job." You have to explain why it was a good job and how it helped to benefit the business, what is the lesson learned and clear the effort to all the team members to gain the team member high self confidence and appreciation . This will not only motivate your employees but help them succeed with future work” whatever the efforts will be done are”.
