t's all about finding balance and playing to everyone’s strengths. Start by making sure expectations are clear, so everyone knows their roles and deadlines. Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing—faster team members can share tips or even mentor others, creating a positive learning environment. Adjust workloads fairly and introduce tools or processes that can make things easier for those who need a bit more time. Lastly, offer training opportunities to help everyone build skills and boost their confidence. With a bit of teamwork and open communication, you’ll see the whole team thrive together!
