Creating TRUST is the first thing. Building rapport and setting clear expectations is vital. I actually seek “different perspectives” in team as it is extremely beneficial and helps achieve so much more, provided you recognise those differences and acknowledge and value each’s perspectives. Embracing this diversity helps; give people the comfort to speak up without them being judged and you will see wonders happen.
