I make time to listen to their concerns, share tips on adapting, and support them through one-on-one check-ins. I also encourage them to see changes as chances to learn and grow. By celebrating their small successes, I help them feel confident and ready for what’s next. Together, we can handle any change that comes our way.

I do not support working on-site in an office setting, especially because I manage a software company. To build resilience and to grant your employees outstanding work-life balance, you (as the owner of the company) need to institute remote work. I have done this since 2014, and I am still wonderfully surprised by the high level of productivity that permeates from my staff. Plus, the amount of money that the company saves from lease payments, and the like, continually pays dividends and is allocated to other essential departments.
