In my experience, I have encountered people who are naturally curious, disciplined, logical, and strategic in their thought process. I have also taught strategic thinking and coached people through tactical strategic thinking processes and have seen that most people who have both the nature and nurture combination usually achieve amazing accomplishments. You can teach your team to understand how to interpret data and may want to assist them in unrelated industries with fun ways of engaging them so they realize how wonderful it is to put the whole picture together and work in a strategic way.
