Green Technologies usually demands higher funds initially and this is the one of the reasons for the resistance we come across. I would describe briefly about the technology and the following aspects: 1. Importance of adopting green Technologies for longer run of the business. 2. It will definitely improve commitments of company towards society as whole and in broad aspect it will create business opportunities 3. Incorporation of Green Technologies will improve ESG portfolio, which will further beneficial for the business as whole. 4. with briefing Climate change and other aspects of ESG will try to convince team for adoption of green Technologies

Prove the results of the new technology on pilot scale and help the stakeholders to believe on the new technology. Help the stakeholders at each and every stage involved during implementation of the project. Job is not finished until monitoring of the results is not done.

I will begin by giving lucid facts and case studies that illustrate the technical and financial benefits such as energy savings, increased efficiency, and decreased emissions by using green technologies in order to get my staff to agree with them. In accordance with the funds, I will also look into?launching?small-scale pilot projects to demonstrate these technologies' usefulness in practical settings and give the team observable outcomes. I’ll address any concerns by facilitating open discussions, explaining how we can mitigate potential challenges. Additionally, I’ll offer technical training sessions emphasising long-term benefits for both the environment and operational performance.

Any strong team is lead by trust in their members. If you are a member of a team then a good discussion with explanation from first principles is what is needed. The problem arises when you need to influence other teams then a combination of examples and education are needed but until you have the respect of the team you are addressing it will be a long battle. Remember that consultants are conservative by nature as the law doesn’t help innovation making the designer liable if the results are not good .

To overcome resistance to innovative green technologies, address the team's concerns by highlighting the long-term benefits, such as cost savings and environmental impact. Provide examples of successful implementations and involve team members in the decision-making process to build their confidence and support.
