One thing I have realised is that teamwork makes the dream work. A diverse team of expertise means that each member of the team has gathered special skills in both 3D modelling softwares and printers and have overcome several challenges in their numerous years of using this technology. So before any project is executed, the team must sit and discuss the best way to handle that particular project. Now whatever they agree on must be documented and adhered to. This will help every member on the team make an input putting them on the same page.

Communicating effectively by holding regular meetings, using collaborative tools like Slack and shared drives, and maintaining clear documentation of projects can help as the first step for effective communication. Also encouraging cross-training, so team members understand each other's areas of expertise, and foster open discussions to share feedback and ideas. This helps team members to stay aligned and leverage everyone's strengths.

One thing I’ve found helpful when it comes to 3d printing and effectively carrying out projects, is the ability to communicate with team members of the onset, to after he project is on jut before.
