Instead of just chasing quick wins, I’d emphasize data-driven decision-making and the impact of compounding efforts over time. Sharing case studies of brands that succeeded with long-term strategies can help shift their mindset. I’d also set balanced goals that reward both short-term wins and long-term progress, ensuring they see the value in playing the long game.

Change the KPI and goals for the team: 1) If you pay attention just in followers or impressions, even in sales performance per week or month, the team will think the goal to achieve is short term. So change the attention on other KPIs like performance or engagement increased per 3/6 monthsand they′ll work every day with long term goal. 2) You can show to your team business metrics or analytics every 2weeks or month, as they can imagine how near or far is the common objetive stablished, and also improve the employee engagement with the company obtetives. 3) Put 2 tipe of goals: far goal (for example, year/6months revenue) and SMART short goals every month focused on this long term objetive.
