As a Business Analyst, I would deliberately focus on simplifying and streamlining our approach. Drawing from my experience as a BA with an Agile mindset, I would identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity. I would set clear priorities, achievable goals, and focus on iterative progress. This way we can avoid overwhelming the team intentionally. I would also facilitate regular retrospectives to encourage open feedback, ensuring the team feels heard and adjustments are made. Transparency and continuous support like training can help foster a comfortable and efficient working environment.
