This will be a very serious fallout and needs immediate attention. Establish a weekly meet with the team where one of the team members discusses the recent industry or market development. This will ensure team is vigilant and person on roll who is assigned responsibility makes it easier for others. Also, ask them to attend seminars, conferences and workshops. They must do 2 to 3 market visits in a month as their KRAs and discuss the learnings with the team.
