Empathy: Demonstrate empathy by putting yourself in their shoes and acknowledging their feelings. Transparency: Be open about information and decisions. This reduces uncertainty and helps team members feel included. Recognition: Acknowledge team members’ efforts and contributions to boost morale and trust. Flexibility: Show flexibility by adapting to changing circumstances and team members’

In the first place it is really important to conduct open communication with the members to understand the reasons causing high stress level. After that, a roadmap should be structured to solve the reasons and ease the stress level. The roadmap should include clear definition of what the responsibilities of each stakeholder/member in the process in order to handle the issue. During each step, members should be supported with necessary resources and consultancy when they need.

1. Simply telling your team what is going on. We talk about how important communication is all the time. But that starts with being vulnerable about your position. If a certain decision by your higher ups is blocking progress or a reason for progress, tell your team. 2. Throw away the idea that your team is beneath you and that they aren't in management roles because you are somehow superior to them. It's not your team's job to "wing it" or manage on their own, no matter how good or intelligent your team is. Understand that their concerns are valid. You have to understand that before you can even listen with empathy and attentiveness. 3. Work on yourself. Lead by example. Don't expect your team to emotionally regulate if you can't.
