Lastly, I’d encourage everyone to be more vocal about their challenges and foster an atmosphere of transparency within the team.

First, I’d call a quick “team reboot” meeting—no judgment, just open communication. Everyone gets to share their updates, blockers. Then, I’d set up clear communication channels, like a daily check-in or shared dashboard, so everyone stays aligned. Finally, I’d encourage a bit of humor and positivity—it’s amazing how a good laugh can rebuild bridges and refocus the team!!!

1. Will ensure they are on a measurable project managment system so that I can diagonise the clear gaps/challenges and issues so that they can be addressed appropriately 2. Will take a feedback and discussion with those probably responsible for the communication breakdown and counsel them individually on issues which cannot be discussed in group. 3. Will call for a problem solving and Team support meeting to get everyone on the same page and sync towards project completion goals. 4. Will set up support system to ensure future breakdowns are avoided
