Pour que chacun puisse d'exprimer il faut que les conditions de partage soient vraiment réunies ! La posture du manager doit être accueillante c'est a dire qu'il n'y ait aucun risque pour le collaborateur de donner un avis différent des autres. (attention à la pression de groupe : groupthink). Il n'y a pas d'outil magique ! Il faut tenir compte de TOUS les avis avant de prendre une décision ! Le cas de l'explosion de la navette Challenger n'aurait pas du avoir lieu si on avait écouté les techniciens !
