For successful change management, open and continuous communication with all relevant stakeholders is key. Keep everyone aligned on not only hurdles, setbacks, objective changes but also celebrate on achieving major milestones along the way. Furthermore, ensuring clear decisions with a focus on the end goal, along with strong follow-up and reassessment can be beneficial.

Absolut, wenn ein Team unterschiedliche Ansichten über die Projektausrichtung hat, bietet das eine Gelegenheit, die Vielfalt an Perspektiven zu nutzen, um eine st?rkere, ganzheitliche L?sung zu finden. Jedes Teammitglied sollte die M?glichkeit haben, seine Perspektiven offen darzulegen, ohne Angst vor negativen Reaktionen. Oft entstehen Konflikte, weil die Projektziele oder Erwartungen unklar sind. Wenn alle verstehen, worauf das Projekt hinauslaufen soll, f?llt es leichter, auf einen gemeinsamen Nenner zu kommen. Das Team sollte sich auf grundlegende Werte und Priorit?ten einigen, die über individuelle Meinungsunterschiede hinausgehen. Diese gemeinsamen Werte bilden das Fundament für alle weiteren Entscheidungen.

Force a time out and address the elephant in the room, - what's driving the conflicts explain the rationale of the changes - what's the impact to the team as a resultant of those changes, more work, shorter deadlines, resource crunch etc. Understand the challenges - mutual agreement on what has to be done and what needs support/understanding - address insecurities and demonstrate empathy as constant changes rattles the best of the best.

This is important that project success is defined appropriately to inspire the team and ensure alignment of core project team members and key stakeholders. One of powerful technique experienced by me was to ask project team itself the question “what would you see, hear or feel if the project was to be successful” Their answers provide valuable insight to project leader on how well team is aligned on project objectives and adjust as necessary right from the start.
