And so as the budget availability and current technology state. The best approach is the hybrid approach say for example a right combination of cloud based and On prem technology

One thing that I have learned through experience is to set a goal and then crave a path towards meeting it. To overcome any big project challenges, splitting up into smaller segments and set shorter or achievable goals is more effective and easier to overcome more hurdle effectively, in order to work towards completion of the project.

1-An action plan should be prepared , englobing contributing teams, different actions and step phases with technical details and studied deadlines. 2-a global meeting joining all concerned teams and members of the optimisation network project must be shared with mandatory presence of all members, to discuss and update thé action plan according to feedback will be collected from professional participants and project contributers. 3-implementation of the optimisation with continious tests and follow UP. 4- Review of the solution and approval with a final meeting.

Treat every suggestion from the team member as valuable. Acknowledge diverse viewpoints or option in achieving the optimal goal or method. Combining the best aspects of different strategies to create a holistic plan.

Building consensus can be the tricky. Very infrequently will a true consensus be reached among network engineers. That said, working toward consensus while guarding against decision paralysis is key. Ask questions like: What solutions fit the requirements? How does each solution align with the skillsets of the network engineers? What are the merits of each solution? Drawbacks? Don't let quick consensus with a proposed solution be the end of the discussion. If consensus comes quickly, ask team members to explain why they agree.
