No podría estar más de acuerdo. El establecer metas -específicas- en un proyecto siempre es la clave para guiarlo de manera óptima, aunque claro, aunque claro la idealidad de los resultados suele estar sujeta a cambios; sin embargo algo que siempre resulta (y me ha resultado) factible, es la aplicación de metodología de investigación. Adaptar un objetivo que ya antes ha sido arduamente valorado a un resultado real siempre será más sencillo que adaptar toda una investigación a un resultado que está o puede estar sujeto al cambio.

Una de las cosas que he encontrado útiles a lo largo es lo que yo llamo “la lista del pesimismo”; que claro, como su nombre lo dice consiste en hacer un set de evaluaciones apegados a situaciones reales a las que se podría enfrentar, antes del desarrollo, en el desarrollo y post a ello abarcando desde temas como la investigación misma, impacto económico y otras áreas como la posible recepción del público. Considero que es un ejercicio simple —con duración menor a 1 hora de charla — pero que ayuda a que todos los miembros del equipo puedan estar al tanto de los posibles desafíos y que por ende exista una mejora en la realización de los set de actividades con el fin de evitar alguna de estas situaciones.

Cada miembro del equipo siempre será un pilar importante en la realización del proyecto. Tanto si se desea entablar una relación amistosa o únicamente laboral, siempre es bueno conocer los intereses y aptitudes de cada uno, pues aún el aporte más “sencillo” podría significar un enorme cambio de perspectiva o incluso la resolución de un problema mayor. Implementar sesiones de “descanso” para intercambio de ideas, experiencias o simplemente charlas, —en lo que a mí respecta— siempre será una buena inversión.
