Keep morale high by providing comprehensive training, celebrating small wins, and recognizing individual and team achievements. Encourage open communication for sharing challenges and successes, and offer continuous support and resources. Thats the way which my manager follow and i adopted and will implement the same in the future.

Being a manual tester myself and learning automation as to upskill, I know how important it is to keep learning and staying relevant. Encouraging to enroll new courses, trainings and do some research to know how market dynamics change and how to keep up with it. Helping them understand how important is to adopt to automation and how is it going to benifit the project and as an individual team member. In today's world it's important to learn automation and stay updated.

We like when the code works and we don’t like to spend time on repetitive actions or on fixing code to address bugs.

To provide a morale boost to the team we need to understand first the ecosystem in which they are working. - How many of them are skilled for test automation & who requires training - Have we picked tools which are market leading & known to team but also align with our application architecture & tech stack - Where can we leverage skills of those individuals who cannot contribute immediately to coding - How are we showcasing the business benefit in addition to tech advantage of automation to leadership - What's the plan for team utilization once automation is achieved, will it lead to cuts or utilization in other areas If the team has clarity for these questions, it will keep them motivated & focused on achieving goals, success
