Como se indico anteriormente la comunicación es muy importante, cuando una empresa busca crecer se ve reflejado en su producto, por ende la calidad pasa a ser parte muy importante en la empresa y se debe dejar claro a los proveedores, el principal problema es la resistencia al cambio y en lo que se debe trabajar, los proveedores deben mejorar y ponerse a nivel para no perder oportunidades de crecimiento, ....si uno crece el resto crece.

The sharing knowledge should be cascading and should reach to the last subordinate to understand its importance from adoption perspective.
