I would confirm with the Supplier and if they have alternative or back up to this kind of situation. Once I have all the information, I would inform my passengers with a solution on that travel. That way, my passengers will have a piece of mind knowing that I was able to find a solution before letting them know about their travel.

I first and foremost will contact the supplier and see if there is a solution that can be made for my guest. If the supplier falls short on delivery of service, I would make sure to find a supplier who will do what it takes to accommodate my guest. I would also suggest to the supplier what they need to do in the future to make sure they find a solution to the issue at hand. That is how I would sustain my standards for my guest.
