Lo que se puede hacer es, revisar en stock que tenemos en bodega, y desacuerdo a la proyección de venta, hasta cuando tendríamos existencia, estar en comunicación constantemente con el proveedor para establecer la nueva fecha, y con el stock actual distribuirlo con nuestros clientes principales, de acuerdo con el nuevo tiempo de entrega.

One supplier can delay deliveries of materials.we shud in hand alternative option. On the other hand we shud evaluate the portion of delayed material and can recover from other supplier and can be recovered by delayed supplier. Other option is to search committed suppliers to manage timely deliveries.

Some times it’s happening due to various reasons like man machine tools and supply delays for this we need to schedule our priority’s well in advance than we need to keep alternate plan for maintain the process without interruption and also update the issues with team to avoid this mistakes take necessary action plan to avoid further

In manufacturing there is always a time when parts are late or they are defective. Our ability to manage the MPS to ensure we are able to keep employees productive become very important. A review of the current demand associated to the production line that is shut down because of a shortage allows us to drive other products through the same production line or divert the production employees to other areas will help support other product demand increases or past due on OTD of parts.
