To handle the problems effectively.Firstly, I will Schedule a private meeting with each supervisor individually to understand their concerns , identify shared goals then find a common ground. Then, I will make room for an open conversation where both parties can discuss possible solutions, set clear expectations and Establish a mutual agreement. Lastly, I check in periodically to ensure everything is running smoothly.

This question is far to vague. Needs more information as to why they're at loggerheads to be able to honestly answer for me. Firstly is there a problem with somebody's work? Or, is it a personal/cultural problem. Lastly do I sense any bullying. Each has a different outlook.
