Your star athletes are at odds. How can you bring them together for the team's success?
In sports management, it's not uncommon for star athletes to clash. Their competitive nature, which drives them to excel, can sometimes lead to conflicts that affect team cohesion and performance. As a sports manager, your role includes nurturing a positive team environment, even when your top players don't see eye to eye. You must act as a mediator, facilitator, and sometimes a coach, to bring these athletes together for the greater good of the team. The success of the team depends on how well you can manage these relationships and foster a spirit of unity and mutual respect among all players.
