In order to perform all tasks with tighter deadlines more effectively, I would first evaluate how urgent each task was as well as its importance. Then, I would attend to core tasks whose outcomes are greatly desired of the project. I would delegate tasks where it is sensible to do so, I would decompose them into manageable smaller tasks when necessary, and apply specific time management tricks, such as the Pomodoro technique, to my daily strategy. Preparing for deadlines would mean keeping up with deadlines to review progress and change priorities if necessary.

When deadlines shift unexpectedly, prioritize by focusing on critical tasks and cutting non-essential work. Emphasize high-impact deliverables and delegate tasks to optimize team efficiency. Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and seek approval for any scope adjustments.

When deadlines shift unexpectedly, I prioritize tasks by: Reassessing impact: I evaluate which tasks are critical to project success and carry the highest stakes. Identifying dependencies: I pinpoint tasks that block others, ensuring they're completed first. Estimating effort: I balance quick wins with essential, time-consuming tasks. Communicating changes: I inform my team and stakeholders about the new priorities and any potential impact. By quickly adapting and refocusing, we can meet the new deadlines without sacrificing quality.

To effectively prioritize tasks with unexpected deadline changes: 1. Assess impact: Determine the criticality of each task. 2. Re-allocate resources: Assign more resources to high-priority tasks. 3. Communicate clearly: Keep stakeholders informed of changes and progress. 4. Use project management tools: Leverage tools for task management and tracking. 5. Be flexible: Adapt to changes and be prepared to adjust plans.

Ever heard of 80:20 rule. Apply the same principles here. Analyze which 20% of activities/tasks will have most impact on overall completion of scope. Focus on that and you'll be able to deliver 80% satisfaction to the stakeholders.
