Depende do nível da Manuten??o de sua fábrica. De qualquer forma será sempre baseado no PDCA. Se n?o tiver plano de manuten??o preventiva, primeiramente apagamos incêndio pela prioridade de depois fazemos uma monitoriza??o dos KPIs básicos (LTTR, MTBF, LTR) e baseado nos KPIs, fazemos plano de preventiva básico (leitura de manual de equipamentos, checagem de ruídos, desgastes, etc), precisamos checar organograma e budget, principalmente para spare parts. Se já tiver plano de preventiva e n?o está funcionando, um dos itens listrados acima está falho. Precisa fazer o PDCA.

This type of communication system is very transparent and allows decisions to be made quickly.
