There should be a pareto analysis on daily basis which issue hit the line, how, why and time duration. Identify root cause and address on daily basis, make morning meetings with relevant stakeholders to resolve. Monitor the results. Don't club the issues for week or month. Make preventive maintenance strong to avoid recurrence in future.

Thirdly i suggest tackling any employee related issues. A well oiled task force is in my opinion directly related to performance, and productivity of an organization. i am almost sure that all the issues will fall under these three areas

Prioritizing becomes crucial—I tackle high-urgency issues immediately and delegate other tasks by matching team members’ strengths based on "what, why, when, how, and who." Safety protocols are essential to handle these variables effectively. Buffer periods let us recalibrate timelines smoothly, while real-time KPI monitoring and clear documentation ensure every department stays aligned. This setup keeps us responsive and prepared for future challenges.
