Urgency- whidh tasks requires immediate attention 2.Impact- which one has the greatest influence of addressed immediately. Once I have made a decision, I focus on that and either change the date or assign the others.

I think trasparency is the key to face last minute changes and most of all I think every person involved in the meeting should be informed. Being flexible and ready to identify the priorities is also another step to do. We should always involve our team and stakeholders since it is a co-working and the results are part of the entire organization. Sustainability of a company means this for me, it is the capability to be resilient on every kind of event.
