Utilize the skills of a wide team including production, logistics, planning department. Where possible get your supplier involved too! Everyone on the team will benefit from being involved and will gain value from the process. There are always practical ways to reduce waste and instigating regular, periodic reviews is healthy! Use the DMAIC process to continually improve your supply chain operation.
