There is a wealth of HR software available to assist us in managing our tasks effectively. Examine them carefully & select the one that best suits our work management needs. However, at times, HR software may not be able to effectively manage critical or incidental tasks that require immediate attention. So, we need to assist our team members to prioritize the tasks based on their importance & urgency. Once we create the priority list, we should record the current progress, the challenges encountered, the subsequent steps, and the anticipated outcomes. Make ourselves available any time to our team members' concerns, questions, and suggestions. Also, set a weekly progress meeting to monitor the team members when they are handling the tasks.
