I faced this and the best solution that worked for me ... listened to both parties separately and got full understanding of the issue and prepare a plan for underlying problem (keeping to self,)) and then ask those individuals for a meeting.. explain them the disagreement n then let them speak to each other and eventually things get streamlined

Address interpersonal conflicts within the team, I would implement open communication practices, encouraging team members to express their concerns and viewpoints in a safe environment. Facilitating structured discussions or mediation sessions can help clarify misunderstandings and promote empathy. Additionally, I would emphasize team-building activities to strengthen relationships and foster collaboration, while also providing training on conflict resolution and effective communication skills. By creating a culture of transparency and support, we can transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and innovation.

Establish clear communication protocols. Encourage open and transparent dialogue where team members feel empowered to express their concerns and perspectives without fear of retaliation. Foster an environment of active listening and mutual respect. Address conflicts proactively. Don't wait for tensions to escalate. Identify and address conflicts early, before they snowball. Facilitate open discussions, encouraging team members to share their concerns and work collaboratively towards resolution. Finally, focus on common goals and shared purpose.
