If you expect maximum flexibility, you need to give maximum flexibility to your teams. It’s a give and take and not a one sided equation. Meaning: if someone needs a certain time off, wishes for personal development or flexibility from where to work, give it whenever you can! Secondly, in the middle of chaotic and ever changing variables of the healthcare profession, do create consistencies and routines as well as low barrier processes to follow. Don’t create more needs for flexibility when it is not needed but rather stabilize the moments and areas you can and make them rocks to rely on when everything else constantly moves around.

One of the best way to adapt to changes & still overcome challenges is to motivate & encourage teamwork. With teamwork, anything is possible as a team can work together & climb mountains. It would be more difficult to climb a mountain as one person.
