Bulgarian method and other east block method mixed with other minds from the states during the 70 and 80 are still applied for the best performance... And they didnt make it with a smartphone... ;)

However, as a professional, you should know the programming and know how to shift if things happen like tech glitches or malfunctioning. The tech that we use isn’t what helps people get results, it’s the fitness trainers that understands how the body needs to move in space for the desired outcome. 1. Be prepared 2. Know the programming 3. Don’t Stress 4. Improvise according to the program Stick to that and you should be fine.
