In my opinion, the Pareto Principle, also known as the "80/20 rule" is very useful. This principle states that 80% of results come from 20% of efforts. I’ve realized that in task management, it’s better to focus on that 20% of tasks that have the greatest impact. Instead of performing all tasks uniformly, I try to identify and prioritize the key tasks because these are the ones that significantly affect the final outcome of the project.
