La question pour laquelle il faut avoir une réponse est la suivante: est ce que l'information venant de la data collectée est validée par le client ou pas? Est ce que c'est un fait ou une analyse de l'équipe ? Donc l'étape à exécuter en cas de divergence est de valider le deal donc s'assurer surtout de la bonne compréhension du besoin du client et de ses attentes, s'assurer que la valeur que nous offrons répond aux attentes du client et impact à un niveau satisfaisant pour ce dernier sa business journey, s'assurer du budget et s'assurer enfin de compte de la timeline du projet. A ces réponses il y a plus de divergences !
