Overwhelming agendas are a myth. Agendas are just agendas, What turns them into "overwhelming" are our thoughts. So my approach to deal with the "I am overwhelmed by..." syndrome is making space in our heads. Space for what, you would ask! Space to choose. Being mindful means choosing. We can′t prevent automatic thouths from happening, but we can decide how to move forward after those automatic thoughts appear. So be mindful, and choose afterwards. Choose what you must do, what you need to do. Balance your own interest and priorities, with the consequences of your actions or no action. What are the things in your agenda that are align with your real purpose, with the things you really care about? Choose them over the others.Your choice!

With the popularity of 'hustle culture' around, it's extremely important to remember that not everyone is built the same. And it's absolutely alright to do lesser activities that are more meaningful to us.

Create a Simplified To-Do List Avoid endless lists—stick to a maximum of 5-6 tasks. You can use an app like Google Keep, or even sticky notes 5. Review and Reflect
