Beginning with a thorough data audit will help, analyzing current database for inaccuracies, duplicates, or missing info. As we are into Zoho CRM implementations, we use Zoho enrichment features for getting and verifying contact infos. If you find invalid email addresses, use any email verification tools or try reach out through social media to encourage users to update their profiles. Then have a routine data cleaning schedule- quarterly/ bi-annually , we use auto scheduled activities in Zoho CRM for this. Give something for free , introduce campaigns and offer incentives, such as discounts /loyalty points, for customers who update their info. We also use few custom fields in Zoho CRM to capture specific info, which also helps us in this.
