But, you need to scrutinize it objectively to identify valuable insights and biases within, use your data and facts as anchor, and avoid biases. 4. Use the insights to improve your performance, behavior, outcomes, and critical thinking framework. 5. Reflect and integrate the insights into your decision-making process, and get your improved and rational judgments.
