You need to get to the root cause of the problem first before anything else. Root cause analysis is a very helpful tool identify the root causes of the problems.

The construction project trouble causes can be broken down as follows: - Engineering problem - Material problem - Construction contractor problem - Interface problem - Combination of the above. Each breakdown element requires a specific set of tools to address the situation. Use 'Always involve the right people' tenet to identify and rectify the problem. Set up a team and team meeting to push the issue from 'Houston, we've got a problem' to 'Houston, all is good'. Develop a path forward plan to handle the problem, allocate the plan parts to team members, check progress at meetings, have plan B, just in case. Run lessions learned afterwards.

First step is figuring out what got it off track then assess the situation. Call for a meeting of all involved and get input from everyone. Don't assume that everyone else should take a loss and provide overtime to get the project back on track without some type of compensation. See where everyone is and start a plan, this won't get fixed overnight so re-evaluate early and often and adjust as needed.

une bonne manière de communiquer consiste à tenir de reunion en présentiel ou en ligne et savoir faire des comptes rendus efficaces.

Communication is the key in such situation, it should be clear with client, stakeholders and project's team. We should explain what went wrong, how it happened, and how we solve it.

1- Communicate with the team the gravity of the problem. 2- Seek responses from everyone present on how to put the project back on track. Encourage out of box solutions. 3- Form a task force with experienced and effective staff. 4- Meet regularly on the field to gauge the situation on a daily basis.

Dans cette étape, la stratégie réside en le fait de regrouper tous les acteurs du projet pour établir une communication horizontale sur tous les aspects du ou des problème(s), les différents acteurs à leur tour devront établir une communication verticale avec leurs équipes respectives.

Make everybody UNDERSTAND the PROBLEM. A CP is a unique blend of diverse personalities & thoughts working toward a common goal of completing the CP. Understanding levels are different.Patiently ensure that the Working Team CLEARLY understands the Problem/s.

1- Plans made need to be monitored in detail regularly in order to ensure there are no slippages. 2- Have plan B in hand. 3- Take dynamic decisions. Keep conventional methods out if needed.

D'après mon expérience dans de pareil cas, je ferais le PDCA (plan, do, check, act) avant de passer à l'action,on doit revoir tout le processus et savoir remedier aux différents problèmes qui ont pu surgir.

Une fois que le problème est identifié, et la cause trouvée, il est clair qu'il y a une faille dans le plan initial, dans cette étape, on parcourt le plan initial à la recherche des failles pas seulement celles ayant ou pouvant causer le problème identifié mais également celles qui pourraient engendrer de nouveaux problèmes inaper?us. Il est donc clair que le plan de base se verra modifier et donc actualisé

What happened is happening, and now we should implement solutions, options and face the reality of situation. our solutions should be aligned with the project objectives to avoid any additional budget or delaying the delivery of milestones as much as we can.

Find and fix the issue and then continue the construction work.
