Marketing moves fast, especially with AI shaking things up. This year, Facebook brought some big updates, and just this month, they added even more AI tools. The takeaway? If you're not using these updates, you're already behind. And let’s be real, marketing isn’t a solo mission anymore. Partnering with influencers or other brands is a must to break through the digital noise. Think of it as assembling your own dream team. Customer expectations keep changing, so investing in research and the right tools is crucial. Google Analytics, TikTok Creative Center, and SEMrush help keep you updated. I even built my own marketing assistant to make life easier. Adapt, innovate, and always keep the customer front & center.

From my experience , in the world of rapidly changing competitor dynamics , it is pertinent to have a robust competitive intelligence function with razor sharp focus on market trends and developments : - Identifying Similarities/Dissimilarities : The focused unit needs to keep tabs on competitor movement and always maintaining a POP(Points of Parity) and POD(Points of Difference) chart to measure gaps continuously - Industry trends : Analyzing market trends and defining applicability of potential disruptors pre-emptively to form a strong feedback loop with Product Management -Listening to Customer Feedback : How engaged are we with our most loyal customers and are we really listening to their pain-points and most urgent requirements ?
