In my Opinion, Assigning the Right Mentor and not Just a mentor is Critical for both the Intern and the Organisation. - Not Everyone on meant to Mentor, find the right person with Temperament. - Build planned Check-ins proactively and with Clear Expectations and Milestones built. -The Mentor should remain adequately approachable to the intern - Give them time and right nudge.
