Growth or speed has no relation to Quality. If proper systems are in place, SOP's are adhered to & focus is on quality assurance rather than controls, line speeds are not a factor to worry about. Automation, regular training, data analysis, autonomous maintenance are some of the key contributing factors in maintaining the highest quality with maximum efficiency!

The basic concept for Rapid Growth is Good Road to drive. In industry Good road means Good quality systems, quick response, Good planning and delivery process. No sacrifice of speed or no shortcut in quality system. Need set procedures with quich response at all stages of new RFQ, Feasibility, offer, negotiation, MOU, business awarding, samples preparation and testing, co trol charts for mass production and first time right demonstration of delivery and quality.

Three documents mainly PFMEA , SOP/ WI and Control plan are necessary to maintain the process in the Shop floor and conforming to Quality requirements of the product. Whenever speed is changing for increased output, it is done by changing either one of the 4 M ( Man, Machine, Material and Method). The changes need to be incorporated in all the above documents and process should be validated. After this layered audit should be done for sustaining the same
