To make complex analytics understandable for clients, I would focus on simplifying the data by aligning it with their business goals and presenting key insights visually through charts or graphs. I would avoid technical jargon, opting for plain language to explain the trends and metrics, while framing the data within a narrative that tells a clear story. Providing actionable recommendations helps clients understand how to respond to the insights, making the analytics not just informative but also practical for decision-making

I understand their business first their need of having data and what as client they are expecting out of that complex data Once the need is established I will do graphical presentation of the data based on Requirement Also I focus more only on required data

I find storytelling very powerful when it comes to navigate complex data analytics to people who are comfortable with traditional process. Simplifying complex data with stories that resonate with them will help them understand it easier. Then guide them to visual aids such as graphs, charts and infographic to show comparison if they still need more explanation.
