To help a client stuck in a job rut, I’d first work with them to identify any specific frustrations or gaps in their current role. Together, we can explore industries, roles, or skill sets that might better align with their aspirations. Encouraging them to set small, actionable goals—like networking with people in their desired field or learning a new skill—can open doors and reignite their passion. Sometimes, all it takes is a fresh perspective and a push towards the right direction to discover exciting new opportunities.

As a Career Coach and ATS CV Writer, my approach to helping clients break out of a job rut is rooted in understanding both their current challenges and future aspirations. Together, we start by reassessing their career goals, identifying transferable skills, and uncovering hidden strengths that might be overlooked. I then work on crafting a powerful, keyword-optimized CV and LinkedIn profile that aligns with their goals. I also offer guidance on networking strategies, interview preparation, and navigating industry trends, so they’re empowered towards a more fulfilling career path. It's an ongoing process that refines itself over time based on the client's progress and needs - and we don't forget to have some laughs along the way!

Being is a result of multiple reasons, coaching a client in such conditions I will first help the client explore and anchor their why? By helping them reconnect with their purpose, values and goals I will then be able to partner with them to co-create their pathway to change. The pathway will include capabilities, skills, actions, plans that will help them move in the direction they aspire

Offer guidance, support, and accountability to overcome obstacles and achieve goals. Leverage our network. Connect them with potential employers and industry experts to expand opportunities. Foster a growth mindset. Encourage continuous learning, adaptability, and a positive outlook on career transitions.

The key here to evaluate the reasons they ended up in this rut in the first place and help them see the gaps in order to work on the gains. We can start with: - What aspects of your current job are no longer fulfilling or challenging you? - How long have you been feeling this way? - What specific events or changes have contributed to this? - How is this job rut impacting your overall performance, motivation, and life? Once we've identified the root causes, we work to develop a personalized action plan. I call it my "Linkedin Co-Pilot Blueprint" to address these issues. What we do: - Learn the exact skills companies & clients want - Master personal branding (Built clear flight plans ) - Turn LinkedIn into a career growth magnet
