I would listen to their concerns, understand their resistance, and show them how the change can be simpler and more beneficial for their business, leading to more profit. Stepping out of the comfort zone isn’t easy, but trying new approaches and taking risks can lead to great opportunities.

I hit them with a ‘what if’ scenario—what if their biggest competitor adapts first? ?? Then, I break it down: small, low-risk tweaks that show quick wins. Once they see results, they’re the ones asking for more innovation.

Show them the graph If client struck to the older technology resistant to new technologies, better to prepare them the POC of the newer projects samples with the new technology and by highlighting every benefits in a dashboard and by highlighting what the one thing that was the problem in the past that got permanent fixes here has to be displayed effective .
