Ensure a solid delivery team and reliable progress tracking system to catch deviations early. 5. Prioritise effective communication among all stakeholders, creating clear channels for information flow, fostering understanding and encouraging collaboration.

As with all New project planning the key is to have as much information available on the resources and estimated timelines set out from the initial go ahead.
