One thing I have found helpful is add another modality alongwith personal coaching. When positive thinking and coaching alone doesn't work upto the speed with which the client wishes, making some changes in the external environment has made a profound difference to the speed with which results could be achieved. It's not just the mind but the lifestyle, health products and factors like Vastu, Feng Shui , etc which determine whether the results are achieved sooner or later.

One thing I found helpful is to remind the client that their fitness journey lasts a lifetime, and educate the client on the health overall health benefits. Remember to track progress, set SMART goals, be accountable and adjust when needed.
