Lo primero que hago es trabajar con los valores que lo conectan con su calidad de vida y observar los comportamientos específicos con los que dichos valores se manifiestan en su vida. Luego veo el equilibrio que existe entre su momento actual y el deseado. Reviso los compromisos que tiene en cada área de su vida. Trabajo con sus fortalezas y casos de éxito para que pueda reconocer qué sí hace bien, qué cosas son importantes para él y cómo puede volverlas a elegir. El mundo emocional es tambien un dominio a abordar pes es desde alli donde toma las decisiones que impactan en su vida.

With clients presenting with these feelings I often let them just speak of it without interruption so a kind of 'venting' and once out they can feel a little better. Accepting and naming what they are feeling comes next along with where is it coming from (what is the trigger) as that helps them to see what it is they are experiencing and why /where it has come from. Then you can start with questions around what do they want to change /how do they want to feel instead. Then we can move onto what helps them to feel well and nourished. I encourage my clients to create their own support system and be aware of what that includes. These can be strategies or boundaries or anything that helps us to stay well even when under stress.

Buscar o desenvolvimento de estratégia de gerenciamento de estresse como por exemplo mindfulness, exercícios de respira??o e planejamento do tempo. Estabelecer metas alinhadas ao propósito, com a metodologia SMART. O mais importante, é priorizar onautocuidado, buscando atividades em que possa relaxar.

Allow them to feel burnt out. The biggest mistake I see is that people are NOT allowing themselves to feel what is. They are REJECTING the notion that having a "bad" feeling is not okay, therefore exacerbating the same exact feelings you do not want to have. Self Improvement Starts With Self Acceptance.

When a client is burnt out, reigniting their passion starts with helping them reconnect to their “why.” I guide them to reflect on what initially excited them about their work and identify the aspects they still find meaningful. Next, we set small, manageable goals that bring quick wins, restoring a sense of accomplishment without overwhelming them. I also encourage building in regular breaks and boundaries—burnout often fades when there’s room to breathe. It’s all about finding joy in the small victories and rediscovering purpose. After all, “Sometimes, a spark is all it takes to start a fire.”
