Being content isn't a bad thing - it's a sign of stability. But that's the thing about being too content, it can turn into boredom. Change doesn't need to be a drastic leap. We can start small like taking on a side project, learning a new skill or even just shifting our routine a bit. Encourage them to taste a little change first. Once we get the small win, we'll feel more ready to try bigger things. Give it a go, and see where it leads ??

I think the client is in right stage, it’s human nature that we look for change but when someone is in content with their work and still looking for change! Then I believe they are thinking in right direction. This is the time when the client has to up-skill, learning and development is a continuous process in our life. They should take a short break, explore what next will excite them and also look for what are the reasons they want to move on. Learn and crack the opportunity
